Breakfast Smoothie Meal Prep 4 Ways

Strawberry Banana Meal Prep Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 banana, sliced
1½ cups milk of choice
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
PREPARATION
1. Put fruit in a freezer bag. Seal and store in freezer for up to 8 -12 months.
2. When ready to use, put milk, Greek yogurt, and frozen fruit into a blender and mix until consistency is smooth.
3. Enjoy!
Kiwi, Banana, and Spinach Meal Prep Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
3 kiwis, cubed
1 banana, sliced
2 cups spinach
1 cup milk of choice
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
PREPARATION
1. Put fruit in a freezer bag. Seal and store in freezer for up to 8-12 months.
2. When ready to use, put milk and spinach into blender first. Blend until the spinach is fully incorporated into the milk. Then add Greek yogurt and frozen fruit and mix until consistency is smooth.
3. Enjoy!
